# Terms and Conditions ## 1. Booking When you book online, a contract forms between you and Kumm Mit Köln. You will get a confirmation email. ## 2. Prices and payment All prices are per person and include German VAT. Online payment at booking — card, PayPal, SEPA. Drinks at brewhouses are paid individually. ## 3. Cancellation - **Up to 24 hours before:** Free. Full refund. - **After:** No refund — the brewhouses and the Köbes are reserved. - **If we cancel** (storms, guide illness): full refund or free reschedule. ## 4. Minimum age Brewhouse tours: 18+. Old Town tour and Rhine Walk: no minimum age; under-14s join free with an adult. ## 5. Liability We are liable for damages we cause through gross negligence or intent. For property and financial loss, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual duties. ## 6. Applicable law German law applies.
